Returns & Exchange
We accept returns and will refund the purchase price of the item with the reduction of any Paypal or creditcard related fees. You can also request a credit of the purchase price to be used on any purchase in the future. For tax-reasons, we cannot accept return products from non-EU countries. After doing this, you should then return your item(s) within 14 days. Returns outside of this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of Costume Limité and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Items should be returned unused and with all designer garment tags still attached to the item. Returns that are damaged, washed, dry cleaned, marked or altered in any way will not be accepted. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the products and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them at our address. In case of any dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you will be keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
As soon as your return has been accepted, we will issue the refund on your PayPal – or credit card account. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Costume Limité account and will exclude shipping costs for faulty items.
If your order has been sent to a destination in the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by Costume Limité. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on items you have returned.
Please note that card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. The time this takes can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are not able to influence this.
There is no extra charge to exchange items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping will be on your own costs on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will also need to pay taxes and duties on the item.

Goods are classified as faulty if you receive them damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item(s). Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered to be faulty.
Whenever possible, we will offer to repair any faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
