Cartier Tank Mini Reference 1063

The Cartier Tank Mini, reference 1063 is one of those elusive creations that perfectly illustrates Cartier’s more ‘Montres Joaillerie’ side (jewel watch). Produced most likely until the late 1990s or early 2000s, this refined Mini Tank belongs to a category that was never heavily documented, yet deeply rooted in the maison’s heritage of elegant, jewelry-driven watchmaking.

While the Tank Louis Cartier is widely celebrated in its classic form, these smaller, diamond-set interpretations were created in far more limited quantities, often quietly finding their way into select boutiques rather than global catalogues.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the original vintage Cartier folding clasp, and the nature of the time consuming way of getting the perfect strap for this clasp and watch, we chose to keep the original strap on the watch during photography – Together with the new owner we will handpick a brand new, Made to Order strap through our watch strap Artisans.
