Our Policy
If you are under sixteen years of age, we require that you inform a parent or guardian about Costume Limité’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, as well as receving their consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before registering or placing any order with Costume Limité.
Pricing
Prices shown on Costume Limité are in Euro (€) and are include of 21% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union, can shop tax free and will not be charged for Dutch tax. Customs may impose fees and/or taxes on your purchase prior to delivery. To find out about customs fees, contact your country’s local customs office. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, they are not included in our shipping fees
Shipping
Once an item ships we are not longer responsible for the delivery of the product. Clients must take care to have an accurate and secure location for the delivery, where you or another individual can sign for the item(s) and receive the delivery of the item(s).
Product Information
All sizes and measurements are approximate. We do however, make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are European sizes. Please refer to the details in all product listings for more information.
We take all reasonable care to make sure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse all orders where product information has been wrongly published, including prices and promotions.
All our prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods are subject to availability. Because there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted by us, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will of course not be charged for the out of stock items you have ordered.
We have made every effort to display the colours of the items that appear on Costume Limité as accurately as possible. However, as all computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate in regards to the actual colour in (day)light.
Payment
Payment can be made with Paypal. Payment will be then debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Costume Limité. You must then confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize the payment to Costume Limité, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
After having confirmed the details of your purchase, please click on PLACE ORDER and you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and finalize your payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a new one from the PayPal login page, or pay by means of your creditcard. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Taxes & Duties
All taxes and duties are calculated according to the shipping destination you have provided and itemized at the bottom of the Order Summary page. VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the EU. Zero rate VAT will be applied to all other destinations outside the EU. The correct unit price will be applied to the destination provided, once you have entered your delivery address.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in the Costume Limité Club (“Club”). By joining, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Club
Costume Limité Club is our invitation to a world of privilege — a loyalty program designed to reward our most valued clients with access, recognition, and exclusive experiences. Membership is complimentary and available by request or invitation via our website: www.costumelimite.com.
2. Eligibility & Membership
2.1. Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Businesses or organizations are not eligible.
2.2. Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
2.3. Costume Limité reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership if misuse, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is detected.
3. Tiers & Benefits
3.1. Club features multiple tiers, based on your total annual spend with Costume Limité.
3.2. Each tier offers its own set of privileges — such as early access to new collections, exclusive content, personalized services, and invitations to private experiences.
3.3. Costume Limité reserves the right to adjust the structure, requirements, or benefits of each tier at any time, without notice.
4. Points, Rewards & Expiry
4.1. At Costume Limité’s discretion, Club may include a point-based system for select benefits.
4.2. If applicable, points will be awarded at the time of eligible purchases and made available via your private Club dashboard.
5. Personal Information
5.1. Costume Limité collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. By joining Club, you consent to receiving communications related to your membership, including benefits, rewards, and tier updates.
6. Changes & Termination
6.1. Costume Limité reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Club — in whole or in part — including these Terms.
6.2. Any updates to the Terms will be posted on the Website. Continued participation in the Club constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
